Michael Wehrheim, PhD
Mr. Wehrheim has more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector. Prior to focusing on MMC Finance, he gained valuable experience at DZ Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers, a venture capital company, as CFO for a start-up (spin-off of the Volkswagen Group with three venture capital rounds) and as finance director of a leading international leasing company (managed sale to a US company).
Mr. Wehrheim is a banker, holds a degree in economics and a doctorate in corporate finance.
Michael enjoys spending his free time outdoors – rowing on Berlin’s lakes, jogging, cycling, skiing or hiking with his family and dog. He is married and has two children.

Christian Borsi
Mr. Borsi combines many years of expertise in the development and implementation of business models with broad experience as an entrepreneur, corporate finance consultant and private equity investor, most recently as a partner of eventurecat Corporate Finance Advisors GmbH.
Christian enjoys spending his free time in the cultural life of Berlin. He also enjoys skiing. He is married, has two children and a dog.
