This website is hosted by an external service provider (host). Personal data collected on this website are stored on the servers of the host. In all other cases the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the requests addressed to us (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO) or on your agreement (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO) if this has been requested.

The information you have entered into the contact form shall remain with us until you ask us to eradicate the data, revoke your consent to the archiving of data or if the purpose for which the information is being archived no longer exists (e.g. after we have concluded our response to your inquiry). This shall be without prejudice to any mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods.

Request by e-mail, telephone or fax

If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, your request, including all resulting personal data (name, request) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We do not pass these data on without your consent.

The processing of these data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, if your request is related to the execution of a contract or if it is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on your consent (Article 6 (1) a GDPR) and/or on our legitimate interests (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR), since we have a legitimate interest in the effective processing of requests addressed to us.

The data sent by you to us via contact requests remain with us until you request us to delete, revoke your consent to the storage or the purpose for the data storage lapses (e.g. after completion of your request). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.

Fonts

The fonts used on this website are delivered from our own server. No connection to Google or any other font provider is established when a page is loaded, and no IP address is transmitted there.

Vimeo

On individual pages we embed videos hosted by Vimeo. The provider is Vimeo Inc., 330 West 34th Street, New York, NY 10001, USA. When a video is played, a connection to Vimeo’s servers is established; your IP address and information about which of our pages you have visited are transmitted in the process. Vimeo may set cookies.

Google reviews

This website displays reviews that customers have left on Google. The review texts and
star ratings are stored on our own server and are always shown. Each review also comes
with a profile picture that is hosted on Google’s servers (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon
House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When such an image is loaded, your IP address is
transmitted to Google; a transfer to the United States cannot be ruled out.

These profile pictures are only loaded once you have given your consent. Until you do,
no connection to Google is established; a neutral placeholder is shown instead and the
reviews themselves remain fully readable. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)
GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). You may withdraw your consent at any time via the
“Privacy settings” link at the bottom of the page. The company is certified

Acceleration of page delivery

To ensure that our pages load quickly, we use NitroPack. The service is operated by WPEngine, Inc., 504 Lavaca St #1000, Austin, TX 78701, USA. When a page is requested, your browser transmits to NitroPack the address called up, the previously visited page and technical information as to whether an optimised version could be delivered; the connection itself also transmits your IP address and browser identifier. This information serves solely to measure and improve delivery, not to recognise individuals and not for advertising purposes. No data is stored on or read from your device in this context.

Technical delivery takes place via servers within the European Union. A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out, however, because the provider is based there. WP Engine is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the data processing agreement is available at wpengine.com/legal/dpa. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a fast and reliable website (Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. f GDPR). The „nitroCachedPage“ cookie set in this process contains no identifier, only a technical value for selecting the cache variant.
